Spring Shot Clinic

APRIL 9, 2011

The Spring Shot Clinic will be held on April 9th. Registration forms must be filled out and returned to the address on the form no later than April 1, 2011.  No orders will be accepted via phone or e-mail, the form must be returned to the address on the form. 

Working members will be given first priority and then it will be on a first come, first serve basis, so be sure to indicate on the form whether or not you have worked or donated items in 2010 in the appropriate box. 

If you do not live in Barre, but wish to receive shots, you will be given the option to truck to a member's home (who is participating in the shot clinic) or to Felton Field. 

Yearly dues must be paid prior to the shot clinic in order for you to participate in this event, no dues will be collected the day of the clinic. 

A responsible party must be present with the horse in a stall with a halter on when the veterinarian arrives.   You will receive a call from the stop before yours to let you know the vet is  coming, so please make sure you indicate a phone number that you can be reached at on April 9.
